The Department of Economics, part of the School of Economics and Technology of the University of Peloponnese, is located in Tripoli. It is one of the oldest and most thriving departments of the University of Peloponnese with multifaceted academic, professional and social activity. The Academic Staff participates in many activities that promote the academic and professional excellence of the Department and our students. We aspire to make our Department not only a modern academic, research and student centre offering theoretical and applied knowledge in economics and related fields, but also a centre for social cooperation, entrepreneurship, innovation, student-centred services and academic ethics. Our wide range of constantly updated modules in all fields of study in economics, our modern facilities, our innovative and demanding postgraduate and PhD programmes with the participation of highly committed research students, all our students and members of staff contribute to the promotion of knowledge and the support of our society.
